Retained Search

We offer retained, client-centric, one-to-one, search services to clients wanting to hire “A” players.  Retained means that we are contractually committed by our client to execute a clearly defined strategy to identify, attract and successfully recruit to their requirements.  Client-centric means first and foremost that we listen and fully engage with our clients to ensure that our strategy is developed to meet their needs.  One-to-one is the way we work:  there is no “backroom” with our firm.  The Stranberg consultant you meet during the proposal discussions will be the person to conduct the search.
