Pricing

Our Retained Search fees are one-third of first year compensation including base salary and projected incentive.  Fees are pro-rated which means that if the search is cancelled or put on hold, the billing stops at the date of such a change. Fees for Search Advisory services are based on the proposed work and are agreed upon in advance.
