Search Advisory

We developed Search Advisory with entrepreneurs and smaller companies in mind only to find that companies of all sizes have interest in lowering the cost of hiring, which is what Search Advisory clearly accomplishes. 

Knowing that retained search was sometimes seen as cost prohibitive, we set out to un-bundle our expertise, thus allowing clients to engage us for only the parts of a search that they need. Most frequent use has been by clients that advertise for an executive opening.  We take over the screening, assessing, and courting of the candidates and advise the client during the negotiation and hiring process. On a more basic level, we have helped many clients with the development of dynamic position descriptions and with specific, job-oriented recruitment strategies.
