Operations & Lean Enterprise

Our Lean searches have included:  General Managers; VP’s of Operations, Manufacturing and Engineering; and Plant Managers.  We have learned, from years of experience and successful projects, that there is no replacement for actual, hands-on experience taking an organization through a lean transformation.  For these projects, therefore, we seek out people with documented records of accomplishments from companies with “A” level reputations for Lean and Six Sigma.  We focus on the specifics of their work:  how it was done, who was involved, results achieved, how much time, and, most importantly did the transformation take root.  The key leadership traits apply with a special emphasis on the existence of a disciplined approach.
