Successfully finding and recruiting exceptional individuals for clients is our primary expertise.

We agree with Jim Collins:  first get the right people on the bus and in the right seats.  Leaders:

  • Are genuinely humble with a passion for doing their best in their role and for their companies.
  • Have values that align closely with those of the client’s
  • Are proactive and intense about performance – Do not need to be managed or coached to do the job they are hired for.
  • Have the innate ability to be the best at the role they will fill.
  • Know the difference between having a job and having responsibilities.  “Productively Neurotic” in Collins’ terms.
